Hi, I’m Andriana.

A yoga and meditation teacher who aims to make change with the Black Yoga Society community and Move & Metaphor program.

For over a decade, my practice has offered me a roadmap to show up for myself, combat anxiety, connect with my intuition, and manifest my creative vision.

Through mindfulness, I’ve come home to myself and reached my highest goals. I want that for you too.

 

Let’s discover what makes you flow

Did you know our connection to the divine is the root of our creativity? This connection allows us to get in touch with our flow state, which is that feeling of “being in the zone” because we’re completely immersed in the present moment. How each person reaches their flow is unique to their passions and purpose. Yoga and meditation are ways we can slow down, listen to our intuition, and discover our creative vision.

Not only am I trained in multiple yoga styles and meditation, but I'm also passionate about creativity and how it shows up in our lives.

 

YOGA OFFERINGS

Yoga doesn't have to be in the studio! Yoga can be in the workplace, in private 1-on-1 lessons, or in private pair/group classes for you and your closest friends. My goal is to equip you with the skills to take your practice off the mat to incorporate mindfulness in everyday life.
