What I Offer

  • Yoga Instruction

Whether you’re a party of 1 or a group of 50, I love leading yoga for all ages, genders, body types, sexualities, races, etc. I’m especially keen on teaching beginners. My specialties include yin yoga, Hatha yoga, and vinyasa flows.

  • Guided Meditation

My first love and passion will always be meditation. I practice various forms in my daily life and I’m trained to lead mindfulness, walking, trataka, breath, visualization, and body scan meditations. Also, I love to explore alternative mindfulness mediums like ecstatic dance and journaling.

  • Move & Metaphor

Combining yoga with guided meditation and journaling, Move & Metaphor explores the relationship between movement, mindfulness, and creativity. You can expect to flow through an invigorating vinyasa practice to help ignite your creative juices, free-write with thoughtful prompts, and explore mindfulness practices.
