About

Meet Andriana.

Author and yoga and meditation instructor, Andriana has taught yoga and meditation since 2020 and has been writing since 2016. She’s been published in Canfitpro, Much Music, Space, Far & Wide, Omit Limitation, and more.

Being a lover of movement and creative expression, Andriana has fostered a practice that has allowed her creativity to flourish and aid her in completing multiple novels, which are currently in the revision process. Her new program, Move & Metaphor, is currently in development. It explores yoga, meditation, and journaling to help creatives and non-creatives alike to access their well of inspiration.

She oversees a global community and team of yoga teachers as the founder of Black Yoga Society.

When we practice together...

My goal is: to help you focus on the present moment as you move your body, clear your mind, and find your flow.

My style is: a playful blend of vinyasa flow, yin yoga, mindfulness, and intention-setting.

My vibe is: fun, creative, challenging, and always supported by a playlist full of bops.
